Wild Columbine Wildflower

The pretty Eastern Red Columbine wildflower is admired for it's delicate red and yellow petals.  This bell-shaped flower easily grows from seeds, and grows well in sun or shade.  Hummingbirds and long-tongued insects love the nectar in the tubes of this flower.  These old-fashioned Columbines look ornamental and are great for woodland areas, the cottage or home.
