Dianthus Flower aka "Pinks"!

This delightful little flower is also known as a Carnation or Sweet William with a very aromatic fragrance. It's 'pink' nickname comes from it's frilled edges, while 'to pink' is a method of decorating an edge by punching or perforating a pattern (as on this flower). With their bright colours & patterns, they easily bring potted plants or borders in the garden to life. Pinks bloom steadily from May to October. No matter the variety or the colour chosen for the garden, these little gems are pretty & sweet!
